McCormick & Associates LLC was established by Joan K. McCormick, CPL. Joanie, a Montana ranch girl, founded her first company, LCM Ltd LLC in 1983. LCM operated for 23 years before Joan launched McCormick & Associates LLC in 2004.

We have a strong background with more than 30 years’ experience managing projects ranging from multi-million dollar acquisitions to simple leasehold checks.

Many of our landmen are veterans, highly decorated junior officers and senior non-commissioned officers who are thoroughly trained in all aspects of land work. They have the important traits of work ethic, discipline, dedication, focus, organization, and teamwork with integrity and loyalty, as well as a thorough knowledge of land work.

Our years of expertise in negotiations with mineral owners, and structuring leases and contracts, has resulted in success for our clients in large acreage results with reduction in costs.
